2025 Arkansas Pen Show
VENDOR REGISTRATION

The year's show will be at the Four Points by Sheraton Little Rock Midtown, 925 South University Avenue, Little Rock, AR 72204. The direct number for reservations is 501-664-5020. This first-class venue offers a large showroom, dedicated seminar rooms, a large public area for after-hours gatherings, and ample parking. There are a variety of restaurants nearby, as well as plentiful shopping opportunities. It is centrally located at the intersection of I-630 and University Avenue in Midtown.

This is a three-day show, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, March 21st through 23rd. This year we are doing additional marketing and adding new seminars to attract a larger, more diverse group of visitors. There will be a public, after-hours event for attendees and vendors in the hotel lounge on Saturday evening. If you feel so inclined, please consider bringing an inexpensive item, such as a notebook or bottle of ink, to give away as a door prize.

Table prices will be $125 for inside tables and $140 for wall tables. Initially, we are limiting vendors to two tables to allow potential table space for new vendors. Any tables still available three weeks before the show will become available on a first come, first served basis.

We will again be offering a lunch for the vendors, as this has proved very popular in the past and allows the vendors to have a hot meal without having to worry about their table. Each table you reserve for the show comes with one lunch for each of the three days. You can order extra meals for $20 per day.

We will put a brief, one or two sentence introduction or tagline for each vendor on the website, as well as a small photo or logo, and link to your website. Please send those materials to us via email as soon as you register. Remember, keep it short, one or two sentences. We reserve the right to edit for space. Look at our Vendors page for reference.

If you register through this website, we will email you a PayPal invoice within a couple of days. If you choose to register by mail, you can either send payment by check or request that we send you a PayPal invoice. Payments sent by mail should go to
