RATES:
Special rates are $119.00 single/double, exclusive of tax. $10.00 for each additional person. The deadline to get this rate is Thursday, March 18, 2027.
Hot Breakfast Buffet is included. If a roll away is requested there will be an additional $15.00 charge per rollaway per day. Hotel policy does not allow more than 4 people to a room.
This special rate is good for the day before, during the show, and the day after the show. You may register for a hotel room through this link.
Guests making reservations may call the hotel onsite reservationist at our toll-free number 1-866-657-4458 or on our local line at 501-371-9000 to make reservations. Please mention Arkansas Pen Show when calling to make reservations in order to receive the negotiated rate. Guests calling after the cut-off date may not be able to receive the negotiated rate. CANCELLATIONS:
Must be made 24 hours prior to the arrival date (Thursday, April 8, 2027) to avoid any charges.
COMPLIMENTARY:
Each paid guest will receive a complimentary full hot breakfast buffet.
We offer complimentary Shuttle transportation to and from the Clinton National Airport.
We offer complimentary on-site surface parking.
We offer complimentary wireless internet throughout the hotel.
The Wyndham Riverfront reserves the right to approve any signs or banners to be hung. We respectfully ask that you do not use adhesive devices such as scotch tape, masking tape, etc. on the walls. The Wyndham Riverfront is 100% non-smoking. Hotel policy does not allow pets in the guest rooms unless they are required to assist the disabled (i.e. Service Animal).
